Mozaic has become an extension of our operation at this point. What I appreciate most is that I don't have to babysit the work — specs come back right the first time, and when something does need a conversation, they pick up the phone. That's harder to find than it should be.

Hospitality projects live and die on lead times, and Mozaic has held the line for us on some genuinely tight installs. We've sent them everything from custom banquette cushions to outdoor poolside pieces, and the quality has been consistent across the board. They also push back when our spec doesn't make sense, which we'd rather hear up front than discover at install.

Running a replacement cushion program means we're dealing with hundreds of SKUs across multiple frame styles, and our customers expect the new cushions to look like the originals. Mozaic has been good about color-matching, getting the fill density right, and turning around orders quickly enough that we're not losing customers to long wait times.

We use Mozaic for cushion production on a few of our seating lines, and the partnership has freed up our in-house team to focus on the work that actually requires our hands on it. Pricing has been fair, communication is straightforward, and we haven't had a quality issue worth mentioning. For a contract manufacturer, that's about the highest compliment I can give.
